Born and raised on Oahu, Neil graduated from Iolani School and continued his education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and the University of Oregon, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. He possess a wealth of sales and marketing experience that includes working in sales at a beverage distribution company and at the marketing department at a local Credit Union. He transitioned to real estate and obtained his license in 2007; gained his Broker’s license in 2014; and became Broker-in-Charge in 2018.

Prior to real estate, Kerri was a practicing attorney in Los Angeles for many years, then joined Arnold & Porter LLP as a staff attorney in San Francisco. She has worked for the past 5 years in real estate as a Listing Specialist for the owner and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty and has helped with the sale of properties totaling approximately $250 million in volume.
